Drain Management

Drains are typically only 3 - 7 days of the patient's journey. Huggers are designed to wear post-surgically, into active recovery and back into every day without the necessity of drain management accessories or an additional specialty bra.

Post-surgical drains can be either clipped, with an alligator clip, or safety-pinned to the top layer of the dual-layered Hugger in any location the medical professional or surgical team chooses, away from the patient's skin. Huggers can accommodate several drains very easily & comfortably for the patient.

This means, that you or your patient don't have a bunch of things - like drain pouches, specialty robes, rings or additional pockets and/or post-surgical bras with no axilla coverage that don't offer gradient compression or coverage, etc. - that gets thrown away or have no use for, after 2 weeks.

Huggers are designed to be a better long term investment and support for your patient and the environment.
