# Have a bra cup size of DD or higher? We've got you!
## All your fit tips are below including if you should up size or not, based on your bra cup size 💛
First, confirming your Band Size is super easy - it's[just ONE measurement](https://www.prairiewear.com/pages/sizing-chart)! :)
Use the Fit Recommender to find your Hugger size.
**HuggerPRIMA & HuggerLUMA:**
- DD Cup or Higher:
- Upsize one size
- - In-between sizes ie) 36. 5 inches = size L
**HuggerVIDA & HuggerARIA:**
- DD Cup or Higher
- Stay in your Hugger size you measured for, regardless of cup size.
- In-between sizes? Downsize to the nearest size ie) 37 inches = size M
