If the tracking is updated as delivered (regardless of courier) your Hugger is probably there 😊
Our first thought is, there's always a solution - let's get this figured out and start here:
1. Check in/around the mailbox
2. Check with neighbours
3. Double check your tracking information
4. Contact your chosen courier if necessary
We only have access to the same information as you do which is your tracking information from your chosen courier. Your tracking information is available on your Shipping Confirmation email.
Next, if your order was placed less than 10 days ago so, your Hugger should still show up - we really think it will!
