# My Order Says Delivered, but I Haven't Seen It
## If the tracking is updated as delivered (regardless of courier) your Hugger is probably there 😊
Our first thought is, there's always a solution - let's get this figured out and start here:
1\. Check in/around the mailbox
2\. Check with neighbours
3\. Double check your tracking information
4\. Contact your chosen courier if necessary
Â
We only have access to the same information as you do which is your tracking information from your chosen courier. Your tracking information is available on your Shipping Confirmation email.
Â
Next, if your order was placed less than 10 days ago so, your Hugger should still show up - we really think it will!
If it doesn't show up in the next few days, please reach back out to us and we can review a solution with you.
