If you need to exchange or return an item or have a warranty question, it’s pretty simple! :)

• Did you use a discount code? Orders using select discount codes are eligible for return or same-item exchange only. To swap for a different style or item, return it and place a new order with your original code.
• Do you have a warranty claim?
  • To process your claim, you will need your order number, the e-mail address you used to place the order, a photo of the area that requires our attention. a photo that includes the garment label (shown below) and the warranty description. We will review your submission with our Production & QC Team and will get back to you within 2 business days :)
