When you are ready to put on your HuggerARIA follow these steps to make the experience as seamless (😉) as possible:
1 - CHECK: Choose the right hook level on the back closure based on your comfort and fit.
2 - ADJUST: Adjust the shoulder straps to your own personal length to find your perfect fit 😊.
3 - Ready to Wear: Do the above to put on your HuggerARIA or just skip these steps and pull it on over your head!

Wear it daily, do all your regular activities, let it air dry and wear it again!!
Finally ready to wash it? Great, your Hugger is Machine wash and dry - easy peasy 🍋

Complete the 30 Minute Fit Test: Wear your Hugger over a tank top for a 1/2 hour for a best fit test, this allows your body to adjust to the feel of good, mapped compression and full coverage feel.
