Our Warranty Policy is 30 days or less, but we're always looking for a win/win solution :)
With a less than 1% return on warranty items (manufacturer defects like stitching or hardware), we know our Huggers are super durable and well made (we really appreciate your investment!) but we also know that things can happen and this might be one of those.
However, if you have been wearing your Hugger for 30 days or less and you find something on your Hugger that requires our attention, just have your original Order Number ready and a photo of the area that requires our attention and submit this for our review on the link below:
