# What if My Return Does Not Meet the Requirements?
## It is important to us that you have a Compression Bra that works for you, so let's come up with a solution together :)
With a less than 1% return on warranty items (manufacturer defects like stitching or hardware), we know our Huggers are super durable and well made (we really appreciate your investment!) but we also know that things can happen and this might be one of those.
Let’s get this figured out!
Step 1 - Please us to send us a photo of the area that requires our attention to yoursupport@prairiewear.com
Step 2 - After we receive the photo, we will review the photo with our Production Team.
Step 3 - We will contact you to coordinate a solution. We're always looking for a win/win! 😊
