Exchange, Return & Warranty Policy - Wholesale Account

Do you have an Exchange or Return request or a Warranty item to review purchased with your Wholesale Account? Super simple - we've got your back!

With our very low return / exchange / warranty rate, processing an exchange, return or warranty  is as effortless as possible with just three simple steps.

Have confidence in knowing that the Prairie Team has got your back & always work towards solutions with you 💛 

If you have identified a return or exchange or warranty review:

• at time of order intake or
• prior to a Customer purchase or
• if you have a Customer who has contacted within 30 days or less of *their purchase.  (*their purchase = the date on the receipt when your customer purchased directly from you).
  • Over 30 days? If you have a customer who requests a return or exchange or warranty review over 30 days after their purchase from you, a return or exchange or warranty review from your customer (to you) would be as per your policy and discretion. Specifically, you work directly with your customer for a return or exchange or warranty review.  Next, you can process an exchange/return with us to purchase an exchange garment or return an unused/new garment for refund.
  
  Next, there are just three easy steps to request a return or exchange or warranty review, check out the guidelines here:

• Exchange or Return Request Guidelines
  • Refund: Once we are in receipt of your return and the return garment meets the return guidelines, we will issue a refund to your original order payment within seven business days of receiving your package and follow up with an email confirmation of your refund. (minus $15 handling fee).

• Warranty Guidelines
• • Warranty Replacement Garment: If a warranty replacement garment is required, it will be shipped with your next order or as per agreement at the time of warranty review.
